Job description

Horizon Transport is seeking to fill a full time Order Entry/Customer Service position.

Our customer service department is responsible for receiving and entering all transport orders into our system with 100% accuracy. This is a fast paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remember many processes. Customer service also handle customer updates and inquiries and communicating any issues to customers. The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and over-time is often required especially during the busy month-end.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

Experience entering customer data and new orders into computer system (data entry)
Preferably have experience in RV Transportation industry
