Therapeutic Horizon Behavioral Health Center is seeking passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists (licensed as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) for full-time remote positions. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and returning patients to formulate effective individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific therapeutic needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to foster a supportive and understanding community for clients dealing with common mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients during emergencies, deploying sound judgment and best practices to ensure safety and stability.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions and assessments in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Regularly participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss case strategies and collaborate on providing holistic care to patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health modalities and therapeutic techniques.

You will work with individuals from various backgrounds who present with unique mental health challenges and needs, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approaches for maximum effectiveness. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and crafting clinically appropriate treatment plans.
• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic groups or workshops.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
