Hospice Aide (CNA) – PRN | Brazoria County
Hopestone Hospice

This PRN role offers flexibility while allowing you to be part of a supportive, mission-driven care team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support safe transfers and ambulation
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Support patients with nutrition and hydration needs
  • Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and care team members
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
  • Current CNA certification (required)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Hospice or home health experience preferred
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is a plus
