We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of children and families. As an Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and supporting the developmental growth of infants and toddlers and their readiness for school. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily care, including feeding, diapering, and creating a stimulating learning environment
  • Implement the program's Infant/Toddler Curriculum and model best practices for staff and families
  • Conducting developmental screenings, ongoing assessments, and collaborating with the team to support child and family needs
  • Collaborating with families, community partners, and program staff to meet educational and family engagement objectives
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Infant/Toddler CDA or equivalent certification in a related field
  • Experience in an Infant/Toddler setting or a similar role working with children and teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
  • Basic computer skills to facilitate communication within the agency
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to the mission of supporting children, families and communities
