Position Summary:
As a Member Experience Advisor, you will provide personalized insurance support and guidance while delivering exceptional service to our members. This role focuses on relationship management, policy servicing, retention, and helping members protect what matters most.
Successful candidates are solution-oriented, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
License Requirement: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and account updates.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations.
  • Support retention efforts through proactive member communication.
  • Resolve member concerns with a focus on first contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate policy documentation and account records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to support member needs.
Qualifications/Education and Experience requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • HS diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred; three (3) years insurance, customer service, or related experience required or combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with agency management systems preferred.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences.
