Your Mission:

  • As a Service BDC Representative, you are the heartbeat of our service department. Your primary goal is to turn inquiries into appointments and keep our service bays humming.
  • Master the Phones: Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and make proactive outbound calls to current and former clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule service appointments with precision using our state-of-the-art CRM.
  • Customer Advocacy: Answer questions about service intervals, recalls, and warranty coverage with professional confidence.
  • Follow-Up: Execute consistent follow-up with "no-show" appointments and post-service satisfaction calls.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure a seamless "customer for life" experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent Communicators: You must be comfortable on the phone and able to craft professional emails and texts.
  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive when you have a target to hit and aren't afraid of a high-volume call environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Previous experience with CRMs (like VinSolutions or Reynolds) is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Reliability: You are a professional who shows up on time and ready to "get those dialing fingers moving."
  • Experience: Previous BDC, call center, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we value attitude over everything.
