Key Responsibilities
  • Guide & Assist: Provide an exceptional, transparent buying experience for every guest online, over the phone, and in person.
  • Product Expertise: Build a strong knowledge of Buick and GMC vehicle features, technology, and financing options to assist customers effectively.
  • Test Drives & Demos: Demonstrate vehicle technology and conduct dynamic test drives.
  • Lead & CRM Management: Follow up with internet leads, manage customer relationships, and track sales progress using our state-of-the-art CRM.
  • Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure smooth vehicle handoffs, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus (we provide complete training!).
  • Tech-savvy with comfortable phone/email/video communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and meet all state and dealership requirements for vehicle operation and sales activities.
Preferred Education:
- Associate degree or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ongoing sales, customer service, or automotive industry training is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Previous customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or relationship-building experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and achieve performance goals in a customer-focused environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Automotive sales, one-price retail sales, CRM utilization, lead management, or commissioned sales experience preferred.
