Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid Indiana driver's license; reliable transportation; active auto insurance; current vehicle registration; and a clean criminal history and driving record. Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be dependable, compassionate, flexible, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities may vary by homesite and can include:
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
