The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support projects from large ground up healthcare construction to data center projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who wants hands-on field exposure, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into project management.

As a Project Engineer, you will provide on-site support to the Project Manager and Superintendent by driving RFIs and submittals, coordinating procurement, tracking field productivity, and helping maintain schedule integrity. You’ll be immersed in the daily rhythm of the jobsite and play a critical role in keeping work moving safely and efficiently.

Candidates must be willing and able to travel to project sites throughout the Midwest. Project assignments may include locations such as Milwaukee, WI; Appleton, WI; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; and other regional markets as new opportunities arise. Travel frequency will vary based on project assignment and business needs
 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $66,000 - $84,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
