Role:

We are seeking a Homecare Agency Care Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.

Salary and Benefits:
Average first year income range: $35,000 - $40,000
Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses

Primary Responsibilities:
Promote HomeWell’s products and services to prospective clients
Collect high potential data in territory
Participation in ongoing trainings in real time as it happens
Add to a positive, exciting culture of competitive, high achievers

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Must be a good person with integrity
Strong Communication Skills
Self Motivated attitude

Education Required:
High School Diploma
Some College Preferred not required

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
Care Manager : 1-2 years (Preferred) , Some sales experience in homecare field helpful.
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Business to Business Outside Sales and Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Advanced Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Articulate and confident in new surroundings
Self-disciplined and competitive while still being a team player
Desire to excel into a mentorship/leadership role once you’ve proven yourself
Ability to work full-time and possess the whatever it takes attitude to succeed
