What this job involves
Supporting and managing industry changing projects
As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to deliver complex healthcare construction projects. Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients, medical staff, vendors, and regulatory agencies to negotiate contracts, manage project-related documentation including compliance requirements, track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly coordination meetings, and develop scope and schedule of assigned healthcare projects. Your knowledge of the healthcare construction and/or architectural industry-including medical facility standards, infection control protocols, and patient care environment requirements-will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering critical and industry-changing healthcare projects.

You are focused on creating an energized and collaborative environment. Your primary focus will be project delivery and driving client satisfaction through team work and relationship development. You are proactive and forward thinking, seeking to understand the needs perspectives and motivations of clients. You will deliver consistent, timely, high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way. You will also be able to manage minor renovation projects and assist in managing projects of varying sizes.

Education and experience
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred

Commercial Healthcare construction project management experience required

Estimated compensation for this position:
115,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
