Job description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team! You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes.Bella Home Care provides home and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of Habilitation, Respite and Attendant Care Services. The potential for growth depends upon the ability to provide dedicated and skilled  direct care  staff.

Responsibilities 
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor 
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert 
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities of daily living
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • One year prior professional experience 
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Article 9
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Level 1 Clearance Card
