Per Diem (PRN)


West Valley, Arizona


Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health team serving the West Valley.


As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfer assistance
  • Support patient care under the Home Health plan of care
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition
  • Promote patient safety and comfort in the home setting
  • Communicate effectively with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols


Qualifications

  • Active Arizona CNA license
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Current TB documentation (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
  • Home Health experience preferred but not required
