OrthoSport PT is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in California City, California. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where focus is placed on quality patient care. The position is primarily onsite, requiring travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions. Our facility is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide effective treatments, including state-of-the-art therapeutic modalities and strength training equipment. The support team is always available to ensure that your treatment plans are executed flawlessly for each individual patient.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to understand the degree and nature of their physical dysfunction, utilizing various diagnostics.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments and established best practices, setting measurable goals for rehabilitation.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, assessing clinical signs and symptomatology; modify treatment programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment processes, exercises, and expected outcomes to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals in discharge planning and ongoing patient management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and legal standards in documentation and therapy delivery.
• Participate in department meetings and case management discussions to improve treatment protocols and patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is functioning and documented appropriately.

The patient population at OrthoSport PT consists primarily of individuals dealing with orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues. This includes patients recovering from surgeries (e.g., joint replacements), individuals with chronic pain, and those seeking rehabilitation post-injury. We also cater to patients with sports-related injuries, making our approach sport-specific when needed.

• A valid Physical Therapist License in California is required upon hire.
• Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) upon hire.
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within an orthopedic specialty.
• Experience in home care settings, adapting treatment to individual home environments and patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

OrthoSport PT offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
