Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment

  • Deliver an exceptional pick‑up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)

  • Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction

  • Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations

  • Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments
