Basement Repair Specialists LLC is a dedicated construction company specializing in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and related services. Committed to providing quality work at a reasonable price, we value fairness and customer satisfaction as core parts of our culture.


Position Summary

Basement Repair Specialists is hiring an experienced lead installer or small crews (2-3 people) to complete full basement finishing projects. We maintain a consistent, year round schedule of booked projects and are adding additional qualified crews now.


Responsibilities

  • Complete basement finishing projects
  • Framing, insulation, and preparation work
  • Installation of wall panels, trim, mouldings, and acoustic ceiling tiles
  • Flooring, doors, bathrooms, wet bars, and related finish work
  • Coordination with our licensed plumbing and electrical subcontractors
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and on schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (framing through finish carpentry)
  • Strong carpentry and framing skills
  • Reliable truck that is solid white or unmarked (no competitor or personal business branding)
  • Willing to wear Basement Repair Specialists logo shirts (provided) and present as part of our company team
  • All customer communication and questions are handled through our production department - installers focus solely on the work
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, and ability to pass background check
  • Portfolio of previous basement or interior remodel projects and professional references required
  • Ability to quickly learn the Unlimited Basement Finishing Systems (full training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in basement or home remodeling
  • Existing 2-3 person crew
  • Experience with egress windows and full bathroom installation
