Priority Home Care Center LLC is looking for a dedicated and organized Home Health Office Manager to join our team in Shaker Heights, OH! In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our home health agency runs smoothly so our caregivers can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the home health office, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver assignments for home health aides and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records, intake documentation, and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health agencies
  • Handle billing, insurance verification, and coordination with payors to support revenue cycle management
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and staff inquiries
  • Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance oversight
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, credentialing, and personnel file management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of office management or administrative experience in a home health, hospice, or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and HIPAA compliance
