Job Overview:

Dalasi’s House Home Health Care Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a home health care agency. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating patient care, and maintaining quality standards to enhance the overall patient experience. The Administrator will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure that services are delivered effectively and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operational Management:

   - Oversee daily operations of the home health care agency, ensuring efficient delivery service.

   - Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.

   - Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and sustainability.

2. Staff Management:

   - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all staff, including nurses, therapists, and administrative personnel.
