Job description

Our team is looking for a detailed-oriented, experience home health scheduler with a strong customer service presence. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to compliance and operational processes to ensure quality execution.

Daily activities can include but are not limited to:
    1) Scheduling clinicians, notify physicians of care changes, perform pre-bill auditing
    2) Send patient instructions
    3) Verify receipt of proper documentation and follow up as necessary with clinicians, clients and families
    4) Manage office calls, correspondance and meetings
    5) Monitor office supply levels
    6) Provide customer support
    7) Support ongoing client and employee requests including staff scheduling, preparing client materials, administrative tasks and processing of client files in alignment of government/health care standards
    8) Work collaboratively with all staff and office to ensure seamless coordination and service amongst our office, Director of Nursing and clinical delivery team
    9) Participate in staff meetings and meets regularly with management for individual supervision to meet performance objectives
    10) Comply with HIPAA and Data Privacy Practices and regulation
    11) Strong understanding of eligibility and authorization of intermittent skilled care and shift care services
    12) Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high pace growing team.
    13) Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while taking ownership and follow through proactively to deliver result and solutions.
Required Experiences:

A) Prior scheduling Home Health scheduling experience

B) Prior scheduling LTC experience

C) Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with policies and procedures

D) Proficiency in monitoring frequencies, order management and readiness of episodes to bill.

E) Experience in scheduling various home health disciplines.
