Job description

Role & Goal:
  • Design and develop scalable and robust software solutions
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to develop and debug software more efficiently while maintaining strong judgment and a focus on product quality.
  • Approach technical decisions with a product mindset, considering user needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Partner with product and design to shape solutions, clarify requirements, and improve the overall user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
  • Ensure the security and performance of software applications
  • Remote Work with/ Hybrid Opportunity - We are a remote team with a hybrid office structure for Nashville area team members.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and trainings - These are generally at 9 am or 3 pm CT but may vary based on events and team availability.
  • As an early-stage company, roles may change, and expand over time. You will have an opportunity to participate in lots of new initiatives and projects.
  • Attend and engage during 1-2 annual team meetings. These are generally 3 days, including travel.
About You:

    • We are only hiring in Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones to keep our team within 1 hour plus or minus from our ‘hub’ in Nashville.

    • Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript

    • Nashville, TN or Indianapolis, IN proximity - Home service, franchise, or real estate experience
