Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • One of the following certifications: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Expired CNA, PSS (Personal Support Specialist), DSW (Direct Support Worker)
  • Willing to complete the required DSW (Direct Service Worker) training class if has no certifications
  • Senior Caregiving - 1+ years of prior experience (Professional or Personal)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Registration & Insurance
  • Strong English Communication Skills - (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Dedication, Reliability, Dependability, Punctuality & Attentiveness
  • Genuine Interest in Caring for Seniors - Patience / Compassion / Good Listening Skills
  • Two Professional References are Required
