Compensation: $16.00 to $22.50 per hour

About Griswold Home Care: Founded in 1982, Griswold Home Care is the oldest non-medical home care franchise in the country. We are committed to the timeless values of compassion and care. Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  • Offer a respectful and patient approach to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia.
  • Document and submit accurate records of care and communicate timely updates to the office.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of home care experience is a plus (caring for a loved one counts!).
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training.
