A Better Solution In-Home Care is looking to hire experienced caregivers for day shifts in the Stanwood/ Camano Island area.
The ideal candidates for this position will have a passion for providing compassionate care and a working knowledge of all caregiving fundamentals.
At A Better Solution, we believe that exceptional care starts with respect, support, and appreciation for our dedicated caregivers that give their all to improve the lives of our wonderful seniors. Through open and consistent channels, we ensure that every team member feels informed, connected, and valued. We are always available for our caregivers, offering 24-hour support for any questions, concerns, or emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Active CNA/HCA License, or willingness to become certified within 200 days of hire
  • Must maintain your professional credentialing by renewing each year and receiving the required annual continuing education
  • Driver License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
  • Must pass DSHS background check and fingerprinting process
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • At least one year care giving experience, preferred
