About the Role:

FirstLight Home Care in Simi Valley, CA is looking for a compassionate and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll be the vital link between our clients, their families, and our caregiving staff โ€” making a real difference in people's lives every single day.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule caregivers to match client needs, preferences, and care plans

Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and caregiving staff

Conduct client intake calls and assist with onboarding new home care clients

Monitor and manage caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, uninterrupted care coverage

Respond promptly to scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent client needs (may need to cover shifts)

Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling and care management system

Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, client-centered home care delivery

Requirements:

Prior experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a related field preferred

Home Care Aide Certificate required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a passion for serving seniors and families

Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, or willingness to learn

Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
