Set your own schedule, earn up to $220/day, and make a real difference in your community. Become a substitute teacher in Westminster and surrounding Denver area and create powerful moments that shift students' perception of what's possible. 

We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year, and you can start the interview process right away!

In Hawaiian, Kokua (Koh-KOO-ah) means to come together to fulfill a need. For us, that means placing positive role models in classrooms who spark a love for learning. 

You'll earn:

  • $220/day with weekly paychecks
    • $170-200 for daily positions and $187-220 for long-term positions, dependent on experience and certification
  • Paid via W-2, meaning no year-end tax headaches
