  • Self-Starter Mentality: You take ownership of your work and don't wait to be told what to do next. When you encounter something unfamiliar, you take initiative to research, ask questions, and determine the appropriate next step.
  • Decision-Making: You are comfortable evaluating information, using sound judgment, and making decisions. You understand that not every situation will have a clear-cut answer and are willing to make a recommendation based on the information available.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: You enjoy investigating situations, connecting the dots, identifying missing information, and determining the best path forward.
  • Coachability & Aptitude: You learn quickly, accept feedback, and apply what you've learned. You are curious about how things work and motivated to develop new skills.
