Job description

Solar Energy Field Marketer:

  • First contact with Homeowners to educate them on the benefits of going solar with Current Home

  • Setting appointments for our in-home sales reps, helping homeowners lower their overall energy usage and cost for energy

  • Prospecting (door to door) target communities and homeowner in which will be impacted the most by industry changes

  • Attend meetings occasionally, focused around team, culture and training

  • $18 Hourly + commissions pay + benefits

What Were Looking For:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both members of training and management teams, as well as potential Current Home Customers.

  • Desire to overcome challenges and use those challenges as an opportunity for personal growth, by taking advantage of training and coaching opportunities Current Home has to offer.

  • Ability to work work collaboratively with the team but also drive ones self performance. Proven history of strong work ethic.

  • Someone who absolutely loves the product/service we deliver. We want to you believe in the Solar Industry as much as we do so your customers will be confident, the right choice with us!

  • Someone who is energetic and professional, who can build lasting customer relationships for Current Homes customers. As the first contact with Homeowner, we are looking for someone who "can make a friend with anyone".
