A global leader in robotics and automation is seeking a Simulation Engineer to join their breakthrough 3D Simulation Team in Westborough, MA. In this transformative, hands-on position, you’ll help model and validate the next generation of robotic manufacturing and operational systems—empowering industry-changing innovation before a single part is built.
You’ll collaborate daily with process engineers, designers, and operations experts, leveraging advanced 3D simulation and modeling tools to influence decision-making and accelerate complex engineering challenges. Your work will directly drive process optimization, safety improvements, and design enhancements in a fast-paced, inclusive environment committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in robotics and supply chain efficiency. Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in building and verifying 3D simulation models for industrial systems, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
  • Hands-on experience with advanced plant simulation, process modeling, or discrete-event simulation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of material flow, layout optimization, manufacturing processes, or assembly operations
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret simulation data, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into practical recommendations
  • Proven collaboration skills in diverse engineering environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field
