In this transformative, hands-on position, you'll help model and validate the next generation of robotic manufacturing and operational systems-empowering industry-changing innovation before a single part is built.
You'll collaborate daily with process engineers, designers, and operations experts, leveraging advanced 3D simulation and modeling tools to influence decision-making and accelerate complex engineering challenges. Your work will directly drive process optimization, safety improvements, and design enhancements in a fast-paced, inclusive environment committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in robotics and supply chain efficiency. Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in building and verifying 3D simulation models for industrial systems, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
  • Hands-on experience with advanced plant simulation, process modeling, or discrete-event simulation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of material flow, layout optimization, manufacturing processes, or assembly operations
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret simulation data, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into practical recommendations
  • Proven collaboration skills in diverse engineering environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, industrial engineering, or related field
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to robotics, automation, or mechatronic system design
  • Experience with ergonomic analysis, scenario planning, or process simulation for operational improvement
  • Familiarity developing process standards and simulation best practices
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both expert and non-technical audiences
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities:
100% Hands On
  • Develop, test, and optimize virtual simulations for robotics solutions and facility layouts
  • Analyze process flows, assembly operations, and new workflows to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate designs and implementation strategies
  • Establish standards and enhance best practices across the simulation team
  • Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to project teams and key decision makers
The Offer
  • Competitive base salary (approx. $117,000-$160,000/year)
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Ongoing opportunities for growth in a pioneering robotics organization
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Westborough, MA)
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis, now and in the future.
