Our organization values each employee's unique experiences and encourages authenticity in the workplace.

Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, promoting flexibility while serving school-aged children through our comprehensive early intervention services. • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding child welfare and early intervention services.
  • Build meaningful rapport with children and families to facilitate a trusting, productive coaching relationship.
  • Employ evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to guide interventions.
  • Adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and the evolving needs of the child and family.
  • Share valuable information and training with families regarding developmental milestones and enhancement strategies.
  • Safeguard the health and safety of all staff and clients by adhering to established standards and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is specifically oriented around serving children aged 0-3 years, including those facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our focus is on providing holistic care that addresses physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains of development. The LCSW will work directly with families, supporting them through the early intervention process and advocating for their specific needs in the educational context.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for assessments and home visits as appropriate.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.
  • Commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices and child-centered approaches.
  • Possessing bilingual skills is highly encouraged to enhance communication with diverse families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaborative teamwork and family engagement.
  • Respectful and adaptable, with a proven ability to collaborate successfully with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in school-based settings or with early childhood education programs.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote coaching methodologies.
  • Exposure to evidence-based practices relevant to child development and family engagement strategies.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for employee and family coverage.
  • 401k retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave to promote work-life balance.
