This is not a typical inside sales role. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on converting inbound leads at a high level, building national referral networks, and directly tying their effort to significant income and career acceleration.
What You’ll Own:
- Crush inbound lead conversion - qualify, nurture, and close a steady flow of marketing-generated leads into long-term patient referrals and provider partnerships.
- Build and expand national referral pipelines with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare systems across the country.
- Conduct high-level consultative outreach (phone, email, text) that positions Stern At Home Therapy as the premier choice in home-based care.
- Manage the full sales pipeline with precision in Salesforce - hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
- Partner with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to continuously improve lead quality and patient outcomes.
- Deliver feedback that shapes national strategy and scales what works.

Who We’re Looking For (Superstar Profile):
- 3–5+ years of proven inside sales or business development success (healthcare, home health, or post-acute preferred).
- A track record of consistently exceeding quotas and turning warm leads into long-term revenue.
- Excellent at consultative selling — you build trust quickly with physicians and clinical decision-makers.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated — you own your pipeline and your income.
- Based on Oahu, Hawaii (this is a Hawaii-remote role — no exceptions).
- Experience with Salesforce and multi-channel outreach (phone/email/text).
- Bonus points for healthcare sales background and national/multi-market experience.
Compensation & Benefits That Reward Performance:
- Base salary $40,000 – $50,000 + uncapped monthly/quarterly bonuses (top performers regularly earn well above base).
