Red Door Dance Academy is growing, and we are hiring passionate, professional Dance Instructors to join our team.

We are seeking well-rounded teachers who love working with children, can teach across multiple age groups and levels, and believe in the power of dance to build confident, capable young people.

This position is ideal for experienced instructors who are excited to teach both recreational and a range of more advanced level dancers in a structured, supportive, excellence-driven environment.

  • Create positive, engaging, and organized class environments
  • Follow studio curriculum, systems, and teaching standards
  • Collaborate with a strong, supportive teaching team

  • 2+ years of studio teaching experience
  • Ability to teach multiple styles

We are happy to train the right person who brings strong character, work ethic, and a love for kids.

  • Evening and some weekend availability required
  • Training begins now or this summer
  • Full class schedule begins in the fall

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with our studio.
