The position is primarily onsite, as our therapists provide home care services. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ medical history and physical abilities to develop a complete understanding of their condition.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific patient needs, goals, and progress.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities—to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance their well-being.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on objective outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at every step.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies and technologies.

The patients served by Active Life Physiotherapy encompass a diverse range of demographics, including elderly individuals recovering from surgery, athletes in need of rehabilitation, and patients with chronic conditions seeking support. • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on home health care preferred.
• Proficient clinical abilities, capable of conducting advanced therapeutic techniques and assessments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Active Life Physiotherapy offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
