Job description

Position Summary:

  • Build and maintain data tracking tools and KPI dashboards to provide visibility into Preventive Maintenance (PM) performance, Service Request (SR) management, and inventory accuracy across site-based operations
  • Translate the Site-Based Service Playbook into structured workflows, standard work, and execution guides to ensure consistent and scalable service delivery
  • Develop and support onboarding frameworks, training programs, and operational documentation to enable Site-Based Supervisors and teams to execute effectively
  • Maintain centralized documentation, reporting, and process standards to ensure alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement across the Site-Based Services program

Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of KPI tracking tools to support monitoring of PM completion, SR closure timelines, and inventory accuracy
  • Creation and ongoing management of KPI dashboards and reporting tools to support weekly and monthly performance reviews
  • Translation of Site-Based Playbook processes into structured workflows, standard work, and role-based execution guides
  • Identification and resolution of gaps between documented processes and actual operational execution
  • Development and standardization of site onboarding workflows, including system readiness, sub-inventory setup, and service center configuration
  • Creation and maintenance of onboarding frameworks, readiness checklists, and execution timelines for new site implementations
  • Design and continuous improvement of onboarding and training programs for Site Support Specialists, including structured ramp plans and role-based training paths
  • Maintenance of a centralized knowledge library, including SOPs, work instructions, and process maps, ensuring alignment with operational execution
  • Analysis of KPI data and operational trends to identify process improvement opportunities across scheduling, PM execution, SR management, and inventory control
  • Recommendation, documentation, and tracking of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and consistency
  • Support of Site-Based Supervisors through data visibility, reporting, and standardized process tools, enabling effective execution and performance management

Qualifications:

  • Technical education or relevant experience (degree preferred but not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to translate complex processes into structured workflows and standard work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, service coordination, or process improvement functions

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, or dashboard development
  • Experience in service operations, scheduling, or inventory management environments
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and standardization practices

  • Ability to work in a process-driven, data-focused environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions
  • Ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization
