Job description

Job Summary

OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring a Production Planning and Control Analyst at our Wickliffe, Ohio facility. In this role, you will oversee production scheduling, optimize labor and resource utilization, analyze performance, and coordinate across functions to support efficient production and customer requirements.

  • Location: Wickliffe, OH

  • Work Arrangement: On-site

  • Schedule: Standard business hours

  • Pay: $65,000–$70,000 annually

  • Other Compensation: This position does not participate in the bonus program.

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Salary

What You'll Do as a Production Planning and Control Analyst
  • Assess production processes to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and align operations with demand forecasts.

  • Create and maintain production schedules that balance supply and demand while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.

  • Monitor production metrics and performance indicators and help implement corrective actions when results deviate from plan.

  • Plan labor allocation to support cost-effective workforce utilization, productivity, and quality.

  • Collaborate with procurement, quality, sales, and other functions to align production capabilities with business objectives and customer requirements.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to planning team members, supporting accountability and professional development.
