Job description

Pediatrics Office RN (Registered Nurse) – Peterborough, NH

Join a leading healthcare facility in Peterborough, New Hampshire, as a Pediatrics Office Nurse RN! Location: Peterborough, NH

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full-Time, ongoing

Shift: 8-hour day shifts (flexible if needed)

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS (AHA) required

Experience: Previous pediatric nursing experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note this appears to be a placeholder; actual rates discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct pediatric nursing care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital policies and protocols
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion strategies
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
  • Support the emotional and physical needs of pediatric patients and their families
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
  • Stay updated on current pediatric care standards through ongoing professional development

What You Need

  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire
  • ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
  • Prior pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong patient advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team

About the Assignment This position is based at Monadnock Regional Pediatrics within Monadnock Community Hospital. It involves providing comprehensive pediatric nursing care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
