INNIO Waukesha Engineis the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Waukesha Natural Gas Engines, founded in 1906 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. About the Role:
Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experiencedMechanical Assemblerto join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You'll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
Role Summary
Designanddevelopment of electrical systems forourpowergeneration and oilfield equipment. This role will focus onelectricalcomponentand system design, includingone-line diagrams, load lists, BOM creation, testing procedures, and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate withengineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teamsto delivercost-effective, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design: Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipment,skidsand control cabinets
- Controls & Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
- ComponentSizing: Size and specify electrical components, motors, sensors, transformers, and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards
- Testing & Validation: Conduct point-to-point checks, functional testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management, enclosure integrity, and wire routing
Required Qualifications
- BachelorsDegreein Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum3years' experiencein industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or modular equipment packaging.
- Industrial control panel standards (UL508A, NFPA 79, NEC).Strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on wiring aptitude, and clear technical.AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
