Role Description

This a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in San Antonio, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include maintaining and growing customer accounts, developing strategies to meet and exceed client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging solutions. The role also involves tracking market trends and providing insights to improve business processes and customer strategies. MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications

Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and account retention.

Proficient Knowledge of Lamination Printing.

Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an asset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related filed. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in English is required.
