Caring For You Home Care is seeking motivated, compassionate, and community-driven individuals to join our growing outreach team throughout Fairfield County, CT.
This is a flexible, commission-based independent contractor opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, relationship building, community engagement, and helping families connect with quality senior care resources.
As a Community Outreach Liaison, you will help build awareness of Caring For You Home Care within your assigned territory by connecting with local professionals, organizations, senior-focused businesses, healthcare facilities, community groups, and families who may benefit from non-medical home care support.

Community Engagement & Advocacy:
Caring For You Home Care believes strongly in supporting the communities and populations we serve through advocacy, awareness, and philanthropic involvement. Community Outreach Liaisons may have opportunities to participate in or support awareness initiatives, educational outreach, fundraising efforts, and community events related to senior wellness, dementia care, neurological conditions, caregiver support, and other mission-aligned causes. Participation in select community engagement opportunities may be encouraged based on contractor availability, territory focus, and community initiatives throughout the year.
Responsibilities May Include:
Building relationships within the community
Networking with senior centers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources
Attending local events and outreach opportunities
Distributing marketing materials and educational resources
Identifying potential referral opportunities
Maintaining communication with prospective referral partners
Providing warm lead information to the agency
Supporting territory growth and community presence
Participating in periodic team meetings, networking opportunities, or strategy discussions as needed
