Job description

About the Job
The Senior Data Analyst, Risk Product, will be part of the Sales Enablement function and will play a key role in helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. This role supports the Risk Product team by translating complex data into clear insights, meaningful reporting, and actionable recommendations that help improve business performance, strengthen processes, and support strategic decision-making.
This individual will partner closely with department leaders, business clients, product partners, and cross-functional teams to understand business questions, analyze trends, develop KPI frameworks, and create dashboards and reports that tell a clear story through data. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, curiosity, and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that will require both independent analytical work and collaborative partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns, trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decisions.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and other analytical deliverables that help leaders understand performance and take action.
  • Use data, analytics, and metrics to evaluate business processes, identify risks or opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear written, verbal, and presentation-based insights for department leaders and business clients.
  • Produce actionable reports that highlight key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and support root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions, user needs, current processes, and the decisions the analysis needs to support.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks that connect data, performance measures, and business outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to support business questions and decision-making.
  • Apply data visualization best practices to create reports and dashboards that are clear, useful, and easy for stakeholders to understand.
  • Take initiative to design and develop analytical deliverables based on business needs, findings, and stakeholder priorities.
  • Provide consultation to business clients and participate in cross-functional efforts to address business issues.
  • Develop deep expertise in at least one business area or domain, while building a broad understanding of related business functions.
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing insights, best practices, methodologies, and standards across teams.
  • Bring creative problem-solving, curiosity, and new perspectives to improve analytical capabilities and business impact.
  • Embrace ambiguity, continuous learning, and changing business priorities while maintaining high-quality, value-driven work.
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of professional experience, including experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an analytics-related role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience performing analytics work.
  • Experience conducting research, applying statistical techniques, developing reports, or building analytical solutions that support business decisions and outcomes.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, SAS, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, R, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Ability to access, gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Ability to identify business trends, performance drivers, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert at the department level and provide insight or analysis to broader enterprise partners when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, business curiosity, and the ability to produce high-quality work that supports meaningful business outcomes.
Skills You Have
  • Adaptive Communication - Ability to translate data insights clearly for business stakeholders and communicate findings in a way that supports decision-making.
  • Storytelling through Data - Ability to connect insights, trends, and recommendations into a clear business narrative that helps stakeholders understand what the data means and why it matters.
  • Data Analytics - Strong technical foundation for analyzing data, identifying patterns, and developing insights that support business decisions.
  • Data Literacy - Ability to work across multiple data sources, understand data quality, interpret business meaning, and use data appropriately to answer business questions.
  • Analytical Thinking - Ability to conduct root-cause analysis, develop KPI frameworks, solve ambiguous business problems, and connect findings to actionable recommendations.
  • SQL - Hands-on ability to pull, organize, join, and model data to support reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Tableau or Power BI - Ability to develop dashboards and visualizations that make data easier to understand, interpret, and act on.
