Job description

Job Summary:

The Front-End Driver is responsible for the safe operation of front-loading garbage trucks used
to collect and transport commercial waste and recycling containers. This position requires
strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer service and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

 The safe and efficient operation of a Front-Load trucks
 Must have excellent knowledge of and be familiar with the roads in the Peel Region,
GTA and surrounding areas
 Responsible for daily pre-and-post trip inspections.
 Daily route consists of driving to customer sites, secure bin on truck, empty bin at
transfer station, return bin to customer site.
 Ensure Customers are serviced as per their contractual requirements and schedules
 Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
 Meet or exceed performance and productivity expectations through proven results
 Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
 Effective use of tablets, including weights entered & photos of blocked calls
Requirements:
 Valid DZ license with a clean driving record.
 Completion of high school.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proven experience as a front-end truck driver.

 Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and waste
management.
 Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks.
 Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
 Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks as required.
