AE Landscape Borders is searching for a Call Center Representative who wants to join a fun, competitive, and growth-oriented position. This position plays a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

  • Day Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Fri) + 1 weekend/month
  • Night Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM (Mon–Fri) + 1 weekend/month
  • When scheduled for the weekend, you will have Thursday & Friday off

**As a Call Center Representative at AE Landscape Borders, you'll be the first impression for incoming leads—answering calls, guiding homeowners, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. You'll confidently handle questions and objections, keep customer information organized, and help map out and optimize drive times for our design consultants to maximize efficiency. This role is fast-paced, team-driven, and focused on delivering results while providing a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Assistance: Answering incoming calls and providing homeowners with information on our services, products, and pricing.

Appointment Scheduling: Setting up appointments for homeowners to meet with our home improvement experts.

Problem Solving: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of our home improvement offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.

Data Entry: Accurately documenting customer information and service requests in our system.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
