• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' needs, options for interventions, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Offer short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services to various patients experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring a nuanced understanding of their individual circumstances.
• Design and facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops, addressing themes such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development to enhance patient engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate with hospital departments, including pharmacy, primary care, and patient support services, creating a cohesive care experience that addresses mental and physical health.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness concerning mental health issues, which includes leading community workshops and wellness events.
• Maintain thorough, confidential records of patient interactions and progress, adhering to all ethical and legal standards to ensure patient safety and compliance.

The Therapist will work with a diverse patient population including individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues, acute psychological crises, and those seeking personal development. Our patients come from various backgrounds and face unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of mental health practices.

• Prior experience working in a hospital or community health setting, with a preference for those who understand the psychosocial aspects of hospitalization.
• Knowledge of best practices for brief therapeutic models and familiarity with assessment tools commonly employed in a clinical setting.
• Ability and comfort in addressing issues such as substance use, trauma-informed care, and situational crises.
