Disclosure Specialist
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Remote Home Office - KMS
Description
The Disclosure Specialist is an intermediate level role within the operations team. The Disclosure Specialist is responsible for handling the review of the initial information and documents to create and deliver the initial Loan Estimate and disclosures to the borrower(s) . As well as re-issue any supplemental Loan Estimate forms due to viable change of circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) to borrowers and brokers within regulatory timeframes.
  • Managing their pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours
  • Balance Files - Reviewing CD to ensure all fields are accurate per the closing statement
  • Working with brokers to issue change of circumstances as applicable
  • Work closely within internal departments such as Operations, Compliance, Secondary, and Sales to provide a world class customer experience.
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience working in Encompass
  • 2 + years experience in similar role
