Position Summary:ย 

The ASC Administrator provides executive leadership and full operational accountability for the Surgery Center of Chesterfield. This leader will serve as the primary driver of financial stabilization, operational transformation, clinical quality, and strategic growth for the facility. Reporting directly to the System Chief Nursing and Quality Executive and to the ASC Board of Managers, the Administrator is accountable for all aspects of facility performance - from P&L ownership and managed care strategy to workforce stability, quality outcomes, and physician relations. This role demands a leader who thinks like a business executive, operates with clinical credibility, and delivers results in complex, fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will be a disruptor with a bias toward action - someone who can diagnose structural problems quickly, build the right team, and execute a turnaround plan with urgency and precision.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:ย ย ย 

Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business administration required.ย Master's degree in Healthcare Administration,ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Businessย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Administration, or related field strongly preferred

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri

Experience: Minimum 5 years management experience in the health care industry and minimum 3 years of management experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.
