This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where you will provide onsite care within our clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and needs in a home care setting to establish tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and utilization of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of treatments administered, responses, and achievements toward therapeutic goals.
  • Continuously assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and evolving needs, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on the use of assistive devices, self-care strategies, and effective physical therapy practices to foster independence.
  • Stay current with industry developments and maintain professional competence through ongoing education, workshops, and professional networking.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your role will be on patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or dealing with chronic conditions. Qualifications
  • A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) along with an active license to practice in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
