Brand & Marketing Manager, Pet Identification Division (PID)
Location: Hybrid/Remote (as applicable)
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director, PID North America

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across all PID channels. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, supporting revenue growth, and developing compelling content that connects with pet owners, veterinarians, shelters, breeders, and industry partners.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead content creation and campaign execution across email, social media, websites, SEO, digital advertising, webinars, video, and marketing materials.
  • Manage the PID brand and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Own marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and content plans.
  • Manage CRM marketing programs, customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Ecommerce, Operations, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Support trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand-building opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, social media, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A passion for creating engaging customer experiences and building meaningful brands.
