Job description

Permanent Adult Nurse Practitioner or FNP โ€“ Full-Time - Holyoke Health Center | Holyoke, MA
Position: Fulltime w/ benefits
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (1 month timeframe)
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9a-4:30p, 4 hours admin time/week, 1 hour of meeting time on Wednesdays. Have Saturday hours 9a-1p
Call: No call
Patients per day: 18-20
Age Range: Adults 17+
Case Types: Bread-and-butter family medicine in an outpatient setting.
Support: LCSWs, Medical assistants (Each provider has their own MA)
2-3 nurses per team, dont have a dedicated nurse but do have a dedicated MA
All nurses are bilingual
Compensation: $149,000/year, 2nd year: $133K with productivity bonus/RVU, 20k is most definitely possible for an average producer
EPIC- emr, also have AI support (nabla)
20 vacation days, 5 CME days plus money, $900 to CME
Based on number of years- more than 3 years, CME money increases to $1200
After 5 years, eligible for 3 week sabbatical
They have a residency program- minimum of 1 year experience, if not more. Ideal candidate will be independent- no supervision necessary.
IM or FM NP, ANP- no pediatric NPs 
Wishlist: Spanish speaking a huge plus
Great culture, only lost 2 providers in last 5 years (relocations), some providers been here 20+ years
About the Practice & Facility
Holyoke Health serves more than 24,000 patients a year from communities throughout the Pioneer Valley. We have a committed staff of over 350, including 30 full-time medical and dental providers, 30 nurses, 50 bilingual medical and dental assistants, case managers, outreach workers, administrators, and financial counselors. We also have Community Health Workers who can answer questions outside of a doctorโ€™s visit.
Because we are a federally funded non-profit community health center, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Our caring, professional medical and dental teams know that healthy families make healthy communities and we are committed to both.
