Holistic View Counseling P.C. is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As an LCSW at Holistic View Counseling, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health status, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the personalized needs of clients.
• Employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and targeted interventions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded and coordinated care.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance client engagement and community building.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment services, alongside developing safety plans for clients when necessary.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and reflective of their treatment progress.

Your work as an LCSW will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related challenges. You will provide vital support to clients in our detox center, guiding them through their recovery processes and fostering resilience through therapeutic relationships and effective strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings.
• A comprehensive understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that enable effective client engagement and collaboration.

While the minimum requirements include two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas of mental health, such as substance use disorders or trauma-focused therapy, will be granted preference. Proficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is also advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
