Job description

Client Principal

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Client Principal to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive oversight and strategic engagement with client executive stakeholders up to the C-suite. You will help shape client thinking into concrete deliverables, guide them through the "art of the possible," and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the workshop, design, and implementation phases.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Executive Engagement: Organize and lead strategic design workshops during kickoff and design phases to translate client needs into executable Statements of Work and formal contracts.
  • Manage Project Governance: Create and oversee comprehensive project documentation, including budget/finance reports, risk registers, staff utilization logs, and project status reports.
  • Drive Delivery Excellence: Own the final sign-off for architecture artifacts, user stories, sprints, final scope, and acceptance criteria while ensuring solution engineers can seamlessly execute from design plans.
  • Support Business Growth: Function as a Professional Services SME to assist pre-sales activities, identify expansion opportunities for Iron Mountain solutions, and run project P&Ls to protect commercial margins.
  • Cloud AI & OCR Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and deploying OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using cloud AI services (AWS Textract, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, or equivalent).
  • LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering for Document Extraction: Experience integrating Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or open-source equivalents) into document processing pipelines to enhance extraction accuracy, handle ambiguous layouts, and generate structured outputs (JSON/XML).
  • End-to-End IDP Pipeline Development & Training: Experience designing, training, and validating end-to-end IDP workflows, including data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop review

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Services Leadership: At least 10 years of experience as a consultant or professional services lead with a proven track record of delivering successful digital projects.
  • Platform Implementation Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of direct implementation experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms, advanced workflows, and agile methodologies.
  • Commercial and Technical Acumen: Strong financial acumen to manage resource P&Ls, write business cases demonstrating ROI, and maintain a solid understanding of enterprise IT architectures and cloud technologies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client-facing documentation skills used to facilitate collaboration across complex internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with your experience level.
  • Work-Life Balance: Remote work flexibility (#Li-Remote) and alternative work arrangements to support personal well-being.
  • Time Off: Generous paid time off and holiday schedules.
  • Well-being: Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning, professional certifications, and career advancement within a global organization.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
